The commissioning process includes a 72-hour monitored trial run with TerraConnect IoT data validation — confirming that throughput (t/h), power consumption (kWh/t), vibration amplitude and discharge gradation all meet specification before handover.
Every TerraForce machine includes 12 months of complimentary TerraConnect IoT service. Our monitoring center tracks your fleet 24/7, sending predictive maintenance alerts, performance optimization recommendations and monthly operational reports directly to your team.
